After confirming a client’s request and design, we will provide quotation as soon as possible. We then produce a 3D prototype of the finished design. We run this physical sample through tests to identify and confirm functional issues. Next, we share the results with customers, suggest modifications, and produce an improved prototype that’s ready for mass production. Our standard lead time is 30 days. We can design single molds or multiple molds according to the customer’s delivery requirements. For general molds, our production capacity is 1000-2000 pieces per day. If the design has special requirements, we can work with customers to adjust. Once we create the prototype, the customer examines the sample to confirm quality and specifications. If the customer needs to modify the sample, we fine-tune the design and create a final prototype. During mass production, we perform routine internal quality inspections and control. We don’t send final products to the warehouse until they have passed our thorough quality inspections. We offer screen printing, pad printing, thermal transfer, and hot stamping. We promise to provide our customers with the best packaging and delivery, and we can help our customers with product fulfilment. We have the resources and workforce to integrate, assemble, and ship parts together. We are confident in our quality, but we are also open to quality inspections from clients and third parties. Before being released for delivery, our products go through strict quality control tests, including application & removal forces, destructive testing, breakage testing, strength testing, leak testing, and freezing testing.
